We had a fun experience yesterday... my computer crashed! We spent a few hours last night and this morning trying to figure out the problem. Dell tech support told me that the hard drive is dead... okay... then I become frantic because ALL of Taylor's pictures are stored on my computer AND I have not backed them up on CD in over 6 months! Not to mention I use Microsoft Money for all of our finances and that was on there too! SO... we finally decide to take the computer to The Geek Squad. They reassured us that they should be able to recover our files and sold us a new hard drive. Apparently 3-4 years is the usual lifespan on a hard drive... who knew? Well... obviously we are up and running again... surprisingly $80 will buy you a new hard drive... woo hoo! Will keep you posted on the recovery of our personal files.Anyway, here is Taylor with a collection of balloons she got from a party today!

We had the same problem a few weeks ago with our computer but luckily Rob's brother was here to fix it. Sent me into a panic too! Nice balloons Taylor! :)
