Folk Art at The Farrington House

Taylor, Oliver and I (Will) went with Granmommy and Grandaddy Bill over to the Farrington House, near Chapel Hill, for the Folk Art Festival. We had a great time. Taylor really enjoyed all of the colorful paintings and art. One painting in particular reminded her of Granmommy's cat, Rusty. She just had to pet the kitty in the painting. Mr. Davis, the Chainsaw Artist, was there with some of his creations, one of which looked exactly like Oliver! Oliver, by the way, was very popular, I must have been stopped a dozen times to be asked what kind of dog he was and let people pet him. We finished with some refreshments from the local coffee and deli shop there on the farm. It was a great afternoon!
