Stolen Idea

I stole this great idea to start a blog from a friend. She, like me, was always emailing photos and updates of her little girl and figured this would be easier for everyone. Just this weekend my dad called to tell me that the pictures I sent were huge and he couldn't download or view them. So instead of filling up everyone's email inbox with huge pictures, you can simply view them at your leisure. I hope everyone will frequent my new blog!

So... here is my first official post from this past weekend. On Friday, Taylor and I picked daffodils at GrandMerrie's farm. Her cousin Shelby was visiting from New Hampshire and here they are playing in the flowers! Saturday was very exciting as I began painting our dining room. It's looking like at least three coats of paint to get all the streaks out... Maybe I'll post a picture once I get it done. The next pictures are from Zack Drepps first birthday party on Sunday. It was a sandbox-themed party with a new sandbox that Zack's daddy built him. Taylor was not so fond of the sandbox. In fact, while all the other children were playing in the sand, Taylor got to enjoy all of Zack's inside toys. She was enthralled with all of his toys... so much so that she sat and played for a couple of hours without a single whine! I'm thinking that I may need to go buy Taylor some toys. The small basket she has in the living room is apparently not entertaining enough!
