Separation Anxiety

So I haven't posted in almost a week now... sorry about that, but we haven't done much of anything this week. I have been desperately trying to get some chores done around the house, but Taylor has decided otherwise. She has started that dreaded (at least dreaded by me) stage of separation anxiety! She is fine when I take her to GrandMerrie's, but at home... oh boy, is she demanding! Lovely still, but demanding. Now Taylor doesn't like to watch TV and don't really mind, but I was so desperate the other day for something (besides me) to entertain her that I put on a Baby Einstein DVD. Actually, I put on 2 of them and neither of them worked! So the only other children's movie we have is Alice in Wonderland, so in it went! And she watched it!!!! BUT only with me sitting there with her, feeding her popcorn! Anyway, I just went with it and finished my chores after she finally went to bed (which is a whole other story). This morning I had the idea to take a picture of her climbing/clinging to my leg... so cute in the still!

Anyway, the clinginess is hopefully going to pass quickly. We have lots of entertainment in the next few weeks so I hope that will help. Aunt Sallie got in last night from Utah. She will be visiting for 3 weeks and Taylor finds her quite amusing! We have a birthday party with Barney to go to this weekend and we are starting to get things together for Taylor's birthday party!!! We will survive it all and have fun, I'm sure. AND as I type this, Taylor is entertained by Oliver!
